My design experience started in fine art at the age of 17. Some may wonder how fine art relates to graphic design. Art skills allow me to see details and aesthetics. It also assists me in sketching out ideas and using hand drawn elements in my designs. Also, deciding to be educated in Graphic Design & Visual Technologies has made it possible to be involved in art with out the "starving artist" status.
I graduated from Dixie State College of Utah in 2003 with a Bachelor Degree in the aforementioned field. During my schooling in 2001, I was hired as an in-house graphic designer and spent 5 years at that same company gaining real world experience in the graphic design field. While thus employed I also began doing work for other clients.
The last six years I have spent building up clientele through excellence in my product and in customer service. My greatest design skill is the ability to not only make things look good but to translate ideas, emotions and ambiance into visual tools that engage audiences, what ever those happen to be.
